Team Profiling Workshop Package

OBJECTIVE: Create a validated view of your team profile and culture, identifying what's working and what we can optimise to operate more effectively together.

INCLUDES:

  • 2 hour workshop with your TEAM
    • How to identify behaviours by style so that your team can implement tools and frameworks when working with others.
    • How your teams individual profiles come together to create your team profile.
    • What kind of culture are your behaviours creating?
    • Guided discussion on the team culture - identifying areas we like, and areas we want to change.
    • How each of our styles handle conflict, and what we can do to create healthy conversations that push us through conflict towards collaborative resolutions.
  • A 60 minute debrief with you after the team workshop, where we will review your team profile and discuss recommendations on how to lead and manage them as individuals and a team moving forward.
  • A PDF Report on your Team Culture and Profile.

NOTES:

  • This package must be completed in conjunction with a Profiling Tool (either DISC, EQ or Full Science Of Self) for every team member.
  • All individual debriefs must be completed as part of your teams individual profiling tools prior to the Team Workshop.
  • Individual profile costs are not included in the price of this workshop.
  • This workshop is for a team of up to 10, including workbooks. If your team is larger than 10, let's discuss the best way to implement this workshop.

Team Workshops

There's nothing quite like an epic team workshop - everyone together learning an engaging new concept and then discussing how they will take that concept and make it practical - start levelling up IRL. These team workshops are classic Brighten Project style - fire design, incredible content and SUPER practical. 

 

3 HOUR WORKSHOPS

Communication // $3,700 aud

Topic: How to communicate better as a team and an individual to deliver more impactful results and build stronger relationships. 

Objectives: 

  • Learn the 4 rules of epic communication: PICK
  • P: Perspective - how to understand where other people are at and how to use that to tailor your communication.
  • I: Impact - how to communication with intention and purpose to get the results you need from your communication.
  • C: Clarity - how to communicate messages to others clearly and to receive clearly.
  • K: Kindness - how to communicate with kindness and care to build relationships with others.

Run this workshop when your team: works with other teams and collaborates often to deliver results. This workshop suits junior to mid-level employees.

After the workshop you could expect:

  • A team that communicates more clearly, confidently and with intention.
  • A team that works with clarity when sending emails, attending or hosting meetings and makes sure there is understanding at all times.
  • A team that asks the right questions and *actually* listens to each other.

Building Trust & Relationships // $3,700 aud

Topic: How to use trust to create meaningful, effective and powerful relationships in your team at work.

Objectives: 

  • Understand the concept of Trust and the impact it has on collaboration and enjoyment
  • Discover tools to build trust within your team quickly and push through barriers together
  • Write individual 'Trust Plans' so each person knows who they need to build trust with, and how they are going to do that.

Run this workshop when your team: is a new team to help you supercharge your way to better relationships. This workshop is also helpful when you notice that the collaboration feels slow and sticky and things take longer than necessary or there are social cliques that are getting in the way of true relationship building and collaboration. 

After the workshop, you could expect:

  • A team that is actively working towards trusting, real relationships together.
  • A team that feels comfortable to raise concerns in a respectful, collaborative way.
  • A team that understands the importance of their stakeholders and is proactive in managing them.

Topic: Understanding the power of emotions and leveraging those to stay motivated, engaged and balanced to perform at your best.

Objectives: 

  • What is EQ and the five key elements: self awareness, self regulation, motivation, social awareness, social regulation.
  • How to effectively understand and manage your own emotions.
  • How to understand and help others navigate their emotions. 

Run this workshop when your team: this is a workshop that is powerful for any team at any time as it levels up all attendees in their behaviours. If you're seeing a lot of emotional baggage at work, or your team seems weighed down by their own other other peoples emotions then the tools in this workshop will help smash through those challenges. It can be really effective when paired with the EQ or Full profile so that the attendees can see where they measure up in the five EQ areas. 

After the workshop, you could expect:

  • A team that is able to manage their own emotions - goodbye wild outbursts and moody passive aggression.
  • A team that is motivated, and if they're not - they know what to do to change that.
  • A team that feels confident to talk about emotions and feelings and use them as energy rather than obstacles.
